Prior to establishing Dickson Smith & Company, Inc. in 2001, he spent seven years with a leader in senior level executive search. Initially a Vice President, Dickson subsequently co-founded Kinlin & Smith in 1996. Established to focus on the recruitment of portfolio management, research and sales and marketing professionals, the firm served both asset management as well as institutional research organizations. Dickson began his search career with Fidelity Investments in 1988.
